I tried the battery in a VPC-F1HA, and it fit like a glove. No force or filing needed. One thing to note: capacity of this product is 1600mAH. For the price it almost seemed too good to be true: an extra battery and a charger that can be used in the home or car for under $20. I've only had it for a week, but... so far so good! I charged the new battery in the wall for about an hour and then placed it in my camera. It fits, but it is a very snug fit (slightly challenging to remove compared to the original that will just fall out). The camera read as fully charged and worked just fine.I haven't used the battery extensively, so I can't yet speak to its durability and ability to maintain a charge compared to the original.
